We opened our doors in 2015, specializing in authentic Japanese Ra-men. As the years have passed, we have introduced other varieties of Japanese comforts such as Sushi, Poke Bowls, Fried Rice, Yaki Soba, Japanese Style Curry, Beef Bowl, and more. We offer great selections of Hot/Cold Sake, Cold Draft Sapporo Beer, Cold Draft Asahi Beer, And Cold COEDO Beer, which complements your meal and makes your dining experience even more enjoyable.  “Tonkotsu" is pork bone broth. The broth is simmered for hours to bring out the rich flavor, resulting in a cloudy, delicious broth.  

“Tori Gara” is our chicken bone broth. It is a clearer, smooth-tasting broth. It is a light broth compared to “Tonkotsu” but just as delicious, with a rich “umami” flavor. 

“Kombu Dashi” is a vegetarian-friendly, Japanese soup stock made with kombu (dried kelp), creating an amazing umami flavor.
